Chalmers Esso Fuels Privacy Policy

Personal information provided by the Customer in his/her application for petroleum products or service and equipment plans is maintained in a separate file for the purposes of promotions and the marketing of goods and services by Chalmers Esso Fuels alone or in conjunction with other third parties.  The customer's files are located in Georgetown, Ontario and Tiviotdale, Ontario at the offices of Chalmers Esso Fuels.  Only Chalmers Esso Fuels employees and its duly authorized representatives who have a need to access the Customer's file in carrying out their responsibilities will have such access.  The Customer has the right to access the personal information contained in his/her file.  The Customer's acceptance of goods and services shall constitute consent to Chalmers Esso Fuels' continued maintenance of the Customer's file and to sharing of information in the Customers' file with third parties for the purpose set out above.  If the Customer wishes access, request correction or have Chalmers Esso Fuels discontinue maintenance of the file, or to withdraw consent to the use or disclosure of information in the file, or make a complaint or inquiry, the Customer should write to Chalmers Esso Fuels, PO Box 280, Georgetown, Ontario, L7G 4Y5 or should call 1-800-268-0194.
